There is a full kitchen but not plates, cups, cutlery or soap.
Fridge is so small, hard to store anything in there.
Lots of stairs if you are staying in the suites on the top floors.
Cleaners were great but moved things and closed/packed suitcases away. Was a little bit annoyed by that as they did not know who’s clothes were who’s.
Ordered a bottle of wine to our room and it took 1 hour and 30’mins for it to arrive.
Lastly our door to our suite was difficult to close and properly lock. Had to pretty much slam it shut to make sure it would lock.

Amazing view over laguna! Very new, modern, clean, private, quiet. Beautiful finishes - tall wooden closet doors, huge terrace furniture, natural tile, arte design. Great AC & hot water. Nice pool, terraces, & dock on the water for swimming & lounging. We loved it.

The property is brand new and the rooms are beautiful. The staff - at check in, at the restaurant, and cleaning the rooms - was great. The view of the lagoon from the rooms is amazing. We really liked being able to take out the kayaks for a spin. The restaurant is very good and also very reasonably priced. We ate breakfast twice and dinner three times. We had great food and drink down there. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Amaranto and would go back again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the hotel could improve in a few areas. Guests should be asked about accessibility needs in advance, especially regarding stair access. Cleanliness was acceptable. During our stay, a power outage affected the lower levels, including the restaurant and bar, for two days.

The restaurant was another highlight. The food was nothing short of delicious—fresh, flavorful, and made to order. Honestly, there’s no need to look elsewhere when you can enjoy such fantastic meals right at the hotel.
If you’re looking to unwind and enjoy some of the most peaceful surroundings, this is the place to be. I’ll definitely be returning—highly recommended!

Just do it! Beautiful bijou hotel
Location was by far the best we have had travelling around Yucatan. Beware no parking just on side of the road
The Good
1 the room was large, modern with plenty of storage well planned.
2 king bed with lovely bedding and comfortable mattress felt like home
3. Bathroom with separate WC and shower with amazing water pressure and plenty of hot water, rare in Mexico
4 mini fridge, nespresso capsule coffee maker, water provided and coffee
5 beautiful balcony with super comfortable extra large chairs views across the lagoon which were amazing

Hit and miss small menu with usual food like most restaurants in Mexico.

The staff however need to be trained and have a better attitude in the restaurant I believe the manager was the best Maria the worst.
No elevator but staff on hand to help with your bags
Reception checking in was excellent Fatima was by far the best and friendliest receptionist we have had in our Mexican tour the Morning ones were dower probably bored and in need of training.

Un sacré problème d’odeurs sur les terrasses, aucun service (tout juste un petit déjeuner), pas de parking contrairement à ce qui est dit mais possibilité de se garer dans la rue. L’installation est neuve et belle mais aucun service et pas d’équipement (pas de table en terrasse au niveau du restaurant pour le petit déjeuner…)

El hotel está muy bonito, nuevo, con buenas amenidades y gran servicio y amabilidad del personal, alimentos con buen sazón y temperatura, el único inconveniente es que es muy cansado para moverte dentro del hotel porque todo está en diferente nivel (lobby, habitaciones, restaurant, área de piscina y laguna) y no se cuenta con elevador

Las instalaciones son de primer nivel todo limpio y nuevo, muy bien ejecutado arquitectónicamente.
La ropa de cama muy cómoda y las toallas en excelente estado.
El personal siempre dispuesto y muy amable.
Una de las noches tuvimos un tema con falta de aseo a la habitación, pero se resolvió al día siguiente.
Desde el momento de hacer mi reservación fueron muy amables e incluso tuvieron un detalle muy lindo de felicitación en la habitación pues les comenté que celebrábamos un cumpleaños.
Lo único que le hace falta al hotel es mejorar su servicio de wifi y tener teléfonos en las habitaciones para contactar mas fácilmente a recepción o restaurante.
