Beacon Hill Hotel did not provided me with the level of service i expected from a "boutique" (expensive) hotel.
Along three days i experienced i) few bath towels and no bath foam shampo, ii) uncleaned and unserviced room until 6 pm, when i protested and had en "in extremis" basic cleaning, iii) no bread neither toast in the "continental" breakfast, only served mon. fri.
Front desk personnel is young and inexperienced: to call a taxi they searched google and asked a manager...
Location is terrific, but it seems the hotel is more interested in bar restaurant than in servicing (expensive) rooms.
I'll never return, and will report my experience to my friends
