Make sure you're booking the correct "Southernmost" hotel...this is the much smaller, older, more cramped one across the street from the much nicer option of almost exactly the same name.
Issues: only the first 6 people who arrive each day can park at the hotel, the rest have to pay $25 in order to park about 2 blocks away in a completely unsecured lot; any but the first floor rooms are up one or two extremely steep, narrow, dangerous staircases (no elevators)...make sure you get a first floor room -- you *cannot* go by the room numbers, as some of the ones in the 100s are on the 3rd floor; the hotel itself is dated and cramped, with just some kind of illogical room layouts...wouldn't recommend unless it's your only option.
