Our reservation in this 4 star hotel was: 1 room with a double bed, free parking, free wi-fi.
What we received:what free parking means for the hotel is PUBLIC PARKING or PAYABLE PARKING (they gave us the map indicating where to find it(which I still have.) The answer was that "HOTELS" made a mistake. For free WI-FI : there wasn't any in the rooms (although we saw the modems weren't active. There was wi-fi only in the cafeteria located in the ground floor, but only for half an hour and only if you registered. IF YOU WANT FREE WI-FI BETTER GO TO MCDONALDS. For this four-star hotel, there wasn't any fridge which you can find in a three star-hotel. Initially they gave us a room with two single beds instead of the one double-bed that we had booked in April. After an argument with the receptionist,they told us that there were only four rooms with double beds in the WHOLE hotel and all of them were already booked or occupied and that was another mistake from "HOTELS". After I told her that we have been their clients for years, she finally gave us one of the "booked" rooms. The room wasn't like they advertised, it looked more like an one or two-star hotel. We are traveling two to three times a month.
