Good - it was clean and spacious. The hotel itself has no rooms on the ground level and no elevator, so be prepared to climb stairs. It was comfortable inside and the air conditioning worked. It's a little hard to find. The area nearby does not feel safe.

Would stay again!
I had a great experience here, staff was very kind and responsive, the hotel is basic but has a good charm about it and was very clean. Centrally located in downtown Cancun, lots of food and shopping in the adjacent area, two blocks from the Bus station, it was a great place to end my trip around the Yucatán!

This is the second time I stay and I’m always very satisfied with service. Staff is friendly, accommodating and rooms are cleaned daily. Location is also great, close to restaurants, shops, beaches and the hotel zone. I’ve recommended this hotel to family and friends traveling to Cancun.
