Would stay here again next time we're in Paris!

Very clean, bed comfy, excellent staff. Staff really went out of their way to help us, especially the nice lady at reception who said her English wasn't good so she asked us to type what we needed on the translator. She was so helpful as well as all the staff. Thank you everyone at Hotel Regency for making our stay in Paris so memorable!

We enjoyed our stay here. It is very convenient the La Defense area of Paris which is more of modern/business location. I think it is a cool place to come out, and there are a lot of dining options nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if I were coming back to this area.

Good overnight stop-over

We had a quick overnight stay before catching a bus from La Defence. The room was clean, the environment was calm and we had a good sleep, although we kept the window open (there is no A/C). The receptionist as helpful and fluent in English. There are lots of restaurants nearby.

Small, but comfy, tidy and friendly

The place was perfect for our spontanious night in Paris. It was small, but the bed was comfy and the room was tidy and clean. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. As a Norwegian couple it was also great that the staff could communicate in English. We did struggle a bit on finding the parking spot, though.

Lovely little gem with friendliest staff in all of Paris- Sabrina, Antonia, George, thank you for lovely chats. The room size is small but it is very well designed and the bathroom design and cleanliness make up for the small size of the room. There room is equipped with a Dyson fan and a kettle for starting your morning right. And the bed was so comfortable that I slept very peacefully for full 8 hours. Located in a safe, residential area. 10 minutes from La Defense station and a bus stop at doorstep. A bakery and some shops are a short walk away. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will be happy to stay here again 😊

The room was large enough to accommodate a family of four. The beds were also comfortable. the area was very quite and conducive for relaxing. It was quite hot in the room due to the hot whether and may be installing air conditioning might help.

The wifi

The room is amazing, enjoyable and comfortable. But the main issue is that the WiFi is slow and sometimes it’s impossible to connect to which bother us a bit because we don’t have that much GB and the WiFi is incredibly important to us. I recon many people have had the same complaint and I really hope u resolve the issue.

They should understand that in a room where there are 2 people, it will be nice if they will provide 2sets of towel. My daughter and I have to share one body towel and hair towel for the 2 nights we were there 🙄

A proximité immédiate de La Défense, donc du RER A et de la ligne 1 qui donnent accès à de nombreux sites touristiques, c'est un petit hôtel très propre et bien aménagé. La chambre est très confortable et dispose d'un très grand balcon partagé.

J'ai du reporter mon séjour d'une semaine pénalité demandée 180e du coup j'ai préféré payer la chambre et perdre la somme de la nuit qui était moins élevée que la pénalité. Dommage car je retourne à Paris cette semaine et j'irai dormir artilleur

Personnel a l’accueil très gentil. Chambre propre mais hôtel mal isolé et surtout qui ne possède pas la climatisation !! Certes un Dyson est mis à disposition mais cela brasse de l’air chaud et est très bruyant. Cher pour un hôtel qui n’a pas la climatisation et est mal isolé.

Estadia agradável, mas o quarto não tinha ar condicionado, apenas ventilação, pelo que nas alturas de maior calor é insuficiente num quarto abafado. O poliban não tem chão antiderrapante, foi preciso pôr uma toalha no chão para evitar escorregar.

Great location and room, however there was no mention that we had to reserve a parking space when booking on Expedia so we couldn’t park! Also there were no curtains in the bedroom! Great apart from that.

Hotel tres bien . Arrivée pas sympathique, le sourire est en option. Achat du déjeuné....aller tot si vous voulez avoir quelque chose dans votre assiette. Merci a la dame qui a fait cette nuit là la veille. Supere sympa.
