Place was great and bed was comfortable. I had a good sleep. A lot of eateries and convenience stores nearby.
Seamless check in and deposit was RM100.
Staff very friendly and approachable.
The only thing is that inside the room I feel the area where the iron board is and the cups and utensils was dusty. I feel the hotel can improve on this.
Otherwise good stay. Will definitely stay again.

Beware horrible smelly dump! Hobos sleeping out froht as we walked in through the cigarette smoke around front door. Dark scratched up painted walls in room. No shower to toilet divider leavng toilet seat slippery wet at all times. No wash cloths. Very few outlets. Very dark room, smelly and dirty floor. Definitely not family friendly and should be a one star or less rating.
