I've stayed at many girls in my lifetime, including the Holiday Inn. But this, by far, has been the worse.
First, we arrived at the hotel, and they had not plowed the parking lot or even the entrance from a storm that occurred 2 days prior. We couldn't even find a place to park because the snow was too high. The disabled parking spots were also inaccessible! My friend fell in the parking lot due to the amount of snow.
The hotel smelled awful.
We heard house keeping outside in the morning (who started super early and we're obnoxiosly loud) so i opened the door and told the lady we didn't want the room cleaned, we just wanted 3 towels. We requested towels 3 times, never got them. Will definitely not be staying there again. The owners of this hotel are clearly cheap and do the bare minimum to keep this place going.
