I have reached out to the hotel six times regarding these matters and, unfortunately, I haven't received a response yet.
It was a bit confusing upon our arrival since there were no clear instructions for check-in. Thankfully, another guest was kind enough to let us know that there was a building down the road where we could check in, as it seemed to be part of the same business. It made the situation a little easier, but we certainly could have used clearer guidance from the start.
The apartment we were promised in the pictures was nothing like the reality we faced; instead of a charming space, we were handed a dingy, dilapidated room that left us feeling utterly disappointed.
There was water damage to the cupboards on the floor.
Wires dangled precariously from the walls, creating a hazardous maze of exposed connections. Outside, scaffolding loomed like a giant skeleton, obscuring the view and turning the window into a mere frame for construction chaos.
A power source was installed through the wall of our bedroom, utilizing an extension cord to supply electricity to the adjacent room quite stupid
Early in the morning, a cleaning staff member inquired if we could reconnect the power source.
The TV was broken of the screen turning multiple colours.
Place just seen frankly dangerous and none of these concerns were taken seriously at the time or subsequently when brought to their attention.
Indicating they know and they’re just getting money for appalling substandard conditions
