Very spacious Ibis
This Ibis has really spacious rooms. Also very clean. I had booked and asked for non smoking room, also informed that I would arrive very late after midnight but nobody bothered to keep a non-smoking room for me, I had to pay extra to sleep one night in their "suite" and then moved to a non-smoking room, although the fabrics of the room had kept an odor of smoke.
The hotel has very few amenities, they said amenities were on demand (!) because it is a budget hotel (!).
I stay at IBIS many times also in Middle East, also in Dubai, but never stayed in this particular Ibis. Good thing is the big space and lot of storage room.
But no hair dryer, I had to ask even for the floor mat in the bathroom. Although there were 3 size of towels, they would leave either the smal and 2 big ones or the small and the 2 medium!
The safe box was out of order.
Food was terrible (especially the italian) and expensive for this budget hotel.
Also the extra services did not belong to a budget hotel, I had to pay 85AED, more than 20 euro for 2 blouses, 1 tunic and 1 trouser! 5euro a peace!
