Good location, but not clean hotel
We had booked a room with river (creek) view but the gave us a different room. When I return back to the reception they tried to made it "a bit mild" a they told me that I can't see the creek because of the darkness (...!!!) and the next day they would change our room (not happened because the hotel was fully book). The pillows were dirty. I call an employee who confirmed it but he brought only one clean because (as he told us) "this time, near midnight, is no possible to find another one but tomorrow I will do that". He did it... Finally, the bathroom was the most dirty bathroom I ever seen in my life and was so easy to avoid it... If you would forgot that the bathroom needs an immediate restoration (not innovation), there were some very dirty spots. When we went out next day, I call a room keeper and showed him that dirty spots and advised him to use a bleach or a chloride to clean it. They did it... In any case, what I understood was many things were going wrong at this hotel. Any time I passed from the reception for an inquiry, I saw accumulated people to complain... Complains, complains, complains, always...
