We really liked the VIKO - it was very convenient, welcoming to a family (sofa bed for 2 kids, and a large double bed), large rooms. Convenient walking distance from the centre, good facilities, clean and quiet. I almost gave it 4 stars though because, well because they don't like replenishing stuff: not the coffee (they have a machine with capsules, but after you drank both, nothing), the tea, the sugar, the soap/shampoo etc. in the shower, or even the towels - even if placed on the floor. When we asked they provided - but the next day we had to ask again, and the next, and the next... not professional. But otherwise - great!

Need to have better customer service, staff didn’t look happy. The elevator landed with 3 employees saying they only going to the 1st floor:) they should invite guests with luggage’s in their hands, first. The room had only one pair of slippers and coffee spoon, dusty. The garage is overpriced.

Opposite Sofia Medical School, tucked away in a small but busy road. Transport is accessible, Bus (3 mins), Tram (7 mins) and Metro (12 mins). Hotel is modern and rooms were spacious. Staff were very polite and pleasant including the cleaning team.

First impression was bad .
The only thing I was not happy about is the extra charge (15eur)for the parking place and the attitude of the front desk lady. The hotel is clean and the room is big and comfortable as well breakfast selection was good and fresh.

Lovely modern clean hotel with really big rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff and a great buffet breakfast. Located in a really quiet area guaranteeing you a great nights sleep, though still only a 10 minute walk to the major sites and attractions. It also has underground secure parking, if required for an additional fee. 24hr front desk and excellent/super fast WiFi throughout the hotel. This was our first time to Sofia but when we next visit, we will be staying again at Viko Boutique Apart Hotel.
