Although labeled T2 & T3 this hotel is is only Terminal 3 and good 15-20 min walk from Terminal 2. Additionally you have to keep the bathroom door closed the entire shower or risk a fire alarm ... so if a kid needs a wee you might be out of luck!

The room was incredibly expensive and incredibly small. For almost $300/night, I expect a room to be big enough to have a bedside table on each side of the bed. We could barely move in the room. It’s convenient to be in the airport for an early departure but otherwise I would not stay there.

Aerogel Hotel Stay
The room although compact was ideal for a night’s stay before our flight. The power shower worked well and they supplied toiletries which was an added bonus, they also let us 2 bottles of complementary water which was a nice touch. The only downsides were that the television did not have many channels and appeared to keep losing connection and other guests who were staying close by when arriving at or leaving their rooms did not appear to be closing their doors quietly so you could hear doors slamming.

A really good airport hotel
The only one actually inside a terminal at Heathrow T3 this suited us really well for an early start the next day. Checked our bags the night before flying so really easy. They offer some purchases at reception but there is the M&S nearby too. Staff friendly and helpful, even offered our son a little bag with some biscuits and colouring as it was Xmas.

worst hotel ever
This hotel does not provide any service, don't try to store your bags and don't try to look outside because the rooms have no windows. You can't shower with the door open because it will set off the fire alarm. We asked for a refund and have not seen anything.
