However, we encountered a leaking sink and had to use a towel to prevent water from spilling onto the floor, as maintenance was unavailable at night to address the issue. NO HOT WATER - SURPRISE
No hot water and it is a known issue. I'm not sure how they can continue to rent rooms every day and knowingly not have hot water. This is a health issue and should be reported to the health department to shutdown this place until proper basic required essential ammentities are provided. I've requested my full amount to be refunded to me.
