Ignored
Due to COVID-19 and lockdown restrictions we were no longer able to travel to Portugal or fulfil our stay.
We tried contacting the hotel on many occasions to explain and even tried through hotels.com who could also not get through to them. My WhatsApps have been ignored and I have heard nothing at all.
This has been very disappointing and of course we lost our money.

This apartment owner is not reliable. I tried to contact for early check-in by Expedia and what’s up, but finally he ignored. In addition, There was no announcement about wifi, how to check-out. Regarding equipment, there was no hair dryer, and water of the bathroom sink was stuck. Location is the only good point.

Apartamento muy céntrico a mano de todo, todo reformado y muy funcional. Desde la habitación se ve el elevador de Santa Justa y la plaza del Comercio, una maravilla.
Como parte negativa la comunicación con la propiedad, nunca contestó a los correos ni los mensajes por hoteles.com y al llegar no nos estaban esperando a pesar de haber indicado la hora del check in. Tuvimos que llamar en varias ocasiones y estar esperando en el portal hasta que nos contestó para decirnos el código de acceso al portal.

Super Lage, sehr gute Kommunikation (leichter Zugang zum Haus und sehr gute Reaktion bei weiteren Wünschen nach Handtüchern, Koffer zwischenlagern, Bettausstattung). Sauberkeit war ok, Ausstattung auch ok (fehlender Rolladen an einem Fenster, unzureichendes Geschirr), insgesamt aber sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Das Appartment ist stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Würden wir sofort wieder machen.

My apartment has 2 rooms with a queen bed each. one sofa bed in the sitting room. Beds are comfortable, down quilts are warm.
Kitchen equipment is enough.
It would be perfect if there’s more lighting in sitting room. Washer and dryer are very important especially visit Lisbon in rainy winter. One of the two bathroom overthrow to bedroom when shower.
Location obviously prefect, unexpectedly it’s not noisy, even I’m a light sleeper.

This is not a hotel, it is an apartment building. There is no front desk. The shower doesn't have hooks or shelves to put towels or clothings which are extremely inconvenient. And the apartment is equipped with a tiny square shaped toilet bowl which I hated the most. Whoever invented that must be a woman who had no idea how it would feel for a grown up man to sit on it. Cleaniness is okay not great. Location is superb.

Very good location. Nice Apartment but it lacks basic kitchen supplies as a glass for each person etc. Seems like a place where regular inspection is not performer to fill up. Also one bathroom lacked slap, shampoo etc.

Unter einen Luxury Apartment verstehen wir etwas anderes. Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön gemacht, tolles Treppehnhaus, neuer Aufzug. Auf den ersten Blick sieht auch die Wohnung toll aus. Wir hatten das Apartment im 6. Stock. Jedoch waren wir von der Unterkunft sehr enttäuscht. Die Kücheneinrichtung war nur minimal, es gab 2 Tassen und 2 Gläser, eine Pfanne und einen Topf. Die Cleaner haben das Geschirr nicht gereinigt sondern für 2 Gläser und 1 Tasse die Spülmaschine laufen lassen! Was das für eine Wasser und Stromverschwendung ist muss man nicht erwähnen. Auf den Kissen auf der Couch waren rote Flecken, im Bett waren Haare, das Kopfteil hatte großflächige, weiße Flecken, die Fugen von den Fliesen im Badboden sind voll mit Schimmel, 1 Handtuch war dreckig und und und ... Leider waren wir sehr enttäuscht! Schade, dann das Haus und die Wohnung hat sooo viel Potenzial!

the check in was great as well as the service. Place needs floors to be cleaned better and both showers need to be replaced and air conditioner in second bedroom has to be fixed.

Não havia ninguém pra nós receber, só conseguimos entrar mais de 6 horas depois de chegar, isso com a ajuda de um vizinho! Depois não conseguimos sair, tivemos que ir embora depois de tanta dor de cabeça e oferecimento de drogas por parte do responsável

Apartamento amplo com camas confortáveis.
Difícil acesso ao hotel, principalmente se estiver de carro, por se tratar de uma rua apenas para pedestres. Não há onde estacionar para descarregar as malas.
Impossível estacionar nas ruas próximas, apenas em estacionamentos onde uma diária apenas para pernoite custa quase 20 euros.
A limpeza deixa a desejar.
No apartamento que fiquei, o piso de madeira fazia um barulho horrível quando andávamos.
Existe a falta de um armário em um dos dormitórios para organizarmos as roupas.
Sinceramente, não me hospedaria novamente.

El apartamento, muy bien, el sofa cama no entra y hay que correrlo para poder usarlo, ubicacion inmejorable.
Servicio un desastre!!!! faltaban tazas, cubiertos, de todo.
Reclame los faltantes el domingo, varios dias despues seguia esperando los mismos.
Ni papel de baño te reemplazan, tuve que quejarme, respuesta ups, no tenemos, vamos ahora a comprar. Obvio que despues trajeron,
UN JABON SOLO para manos y baño para 4 personas, no habia shampoo. tuve que salir de carrera a comprar jabon de baño y shampoo. papel de cocina ( segui soñando)
De regalo: pregunto x un parking, obvio no es su responsabilidad, pero deberian estar informados que este parking solo acepta metalico, no tarjetas de credito ni debito. el precio 164 euros y solo aceptan el pago en metalico, corriendo al banco.
Creo que es un detalle para informar al cliente al recomendar un parking.
Vale la ubicacion y el equipamiento de la unidad, pero el servicio es pesimo.
No vuelvo, ni regalado.

Great 2 bedroom aprtment in the heart of lisbon. Easy to step out amd see the sights and many dining / tourism options right outside. Well air conditioned snd useful small kitchen for breakfadt / easy lunch.

Mycket bra läge, nära till allt. Sköna sängar och bra möjligheter för att kunna laga egen mat. När vi skulle checka in var inte rummet färdigstädat och städerskan kunde inte engelska - med gester förstod vi att hon snart var klar. Lägenheten var lite svår att hitta till en början, en vänlig personal från ett annat hotell hjälpte oss att hitta rätt. Man var tvungen att ringa kontaktnumret och på så sätt få instruktioner om hur vi skulle ta oss in, det fanns alltså ingen receptionist att tala med. Daglig städning i form av bäddning och disk, därav var golv och toalett inte i skick varje dag. Som helhet var vi ändå mycket nöjda med vistelsen

Contact par WhatsApp facile & efficace ! Appartement spacieux, moderne dans un emplacement parfait pour un prix très correct. Un petit effort sur le nettoyage de la poussière à faire mais c’est un tout léger détail (coin derrière les tables nuit + ampoule des lampes dans la chambre à coucher).
