This hotel is not 3 stars - not even 1 star describes it.
There is no reception, no registration of arrival, no communication with the owner.
There is no breakfast at location, we were sent off to another hotel, serving very bad food in and unhygienic served. We choose not to eat there at all, even though we paid for it through hotels.com.
The bar/lounge is NOT operated, looks abandoned and VERY dirty.
Room is dirty, no real cleaning before arrival, no cleaning during our stay.
Half painted and dirty walls. Refrigirator on nightstand, making noise all night right next your ear.
Rooms are not properly isolated, which causes a lot of noise from other rooms and people being in and outside the building.
Horrible bathroom.
Aircondition. was not cooling down - only blowing warm air into the room.
We made a complaint to hotels.com on our first day, which caused the hotel owner to deny helping us in any way. No interest in offering other rooms, no fixing of the aircondition.
We felt very uncomfortable, and definately didnt feel welcome at the hotel.
Stay away from Blue Panos!
