The space was clean but not what I had asked for. I requested a unit with a tub for mobility reasons and ended up with a standing shower. I asked to be moved for that reason, even if I needed to pay extra. I received no response and was told it was sold out the next day. On my second night, while at an important business dinner, I received a text that I was to check out the following morning. They texted me that someone else had reserved the unit I was in and that I would be refunded. Mind you, I had paid in full for five nights over a month prior. The young woman who helped me was able to resolve it, and she was nice, but it was a super unpleasant experience. It wasn't clear before I booked that the customer service wasn't hotel-level, meaning there was no one on-site to answer questions- everything was via text. I'm not high maintenance and have a customer service background.
