"Great stay and great staff! Very clean rooms and especially attentive room crew. I found it a little odd that the Grand Club served the same meal from the Grand Cafe the following day, but it was still delicious! "

Extremely close to the metro and airport express train, it made final journey of full suitcases to ICN airport much convenient.
Facilities were very modern and new with probably the best shower option out of our other hotels we stayed at.
Staff and service were very friendly and English skills very strong.
