Rooms are clean and spacious, with a kettle and coffee which is a nice touch! My room had two floors with the bed upstairs which was fine with me but may not suite those with mobile issues.
The hotel is pleasant and has a lot of art, murals and sculptures which I really appreciated.
However, service was lacking. There was a long line at check in and only one agent. I was left to struggle to carry two heavy suitcases to the third floor; and then back again the next morning. The desk agent took my bags for storage in the back room and another agent told me he was "just being nice" because I was actually supposed to drag it all to another back door and ring a bell. I've never seen such a thing even in the most budget hotel. There was no drinking water available in the lobby, another thing that is standard in most resorts.
Also, the restaurant is a very pleasant setting but the service was slow and impersonal, the food was expensive and greasy, and the wine selection was poor.
The property is nice enough, and could be better with some improvements in management.
