Wonderful hotel & service.
Only stayed 1 night so they didn’t have to do much.
But when they booked me for 2 nights rather than 1 night, they had implied that it may have been done accidentally by me online & that I would have to rectify it with Expedia, the agency I booked it through.
However, when we got to our room (booked only for 1 night), I immediately received a call from the front desk, who had figured out it was an error in their own hotel software system, and told me not to worry or waste time checking my Expedia app to correct it.
This was very much appreciated, since we only had 1 day in Milan & didn’t want to waste time unnecessarily checking something, that the front desk had corrected due to a computer glitch on their end.
They were so kind and helpful & in taking the initiative to call me to inform me not to worry, that the mistake was not on my end, I could then enjoy my day in Milan.
They get a 10/10 for initiative & helpfulness.
