8/10 Very Good

You will get exercise with this location!
The bed is not comfortable. I like a firm mattresses but this mattress was like sleeping on the floor. Only two small smelly pillows are provided, along with flimsy disposable slippers and nightshirts that had a sweat odor. We had to cover the pillows with towels and I had to wash the nightshirts before using them. We ended up moving the kitchen table nearby the window because the pointy corners were hazardous to go around. The two twin beds were also moved because although they were against each other, they were both pushed against the wall and you would have to crawl on your knees across the length of the bed to go to sleep. The checkout time of 10:00 is a horrible early time that hardly any hotel has. If you wanted to stay an hour longer, the up charge was quite expensive. This location is quite far from all subway stations. If you use the washer, you must wash, rinse and spin together. If you add the drying feature, it will not work properly because it basically only spins for a few minutes and the dryer will attempt to dry sopping wet clothes to no avail. So wash, rinse and spin. When done, separately set the dryer for a long cycle. We liked the no key feature. However, you must safeguard the tiny paper with the instruction codes because you will need this precious piece of paper to check out. The noise from the constant trains can only be heard if you open the balcony door.

Home away from home.
This place was very nice and clean! Sleeps 6 comfortably (two will be on a mattress on the floor). Nice food places nearby and a nice neighborhood. Denny's not to far away for Americans who want to see something familiar.

6/10 Good

I would give a 5 star if the location was good. The building is located literally right next to a rail. The train goes by every few mins all night long. If you must stay here, bring ere plugs. Also, the subway station is about 10 min away. The room has more than you can think of. Too bad the location isn't good. Also, the AC was broken for one day. It was hard to sleep, but was fixed the next day. We were not happy because it was about 95 degrees average this month. The staff downstairs speaks very limited English, so it was hard to communicate about the broken AC.

Decent location that gets you access to the JR, subway, and Odaiba lines. The walk to each isn’t too far. It’s also fairly close to the Tokyo Tower area and all that comes with that. Rooms were fairly large despite how skinny the building looks. Friendly staff and clean. The surrounding area is a little close to the tracks so it can get noisy outside, but we never heard anything while in the room. Perfectly quiet.

Wonderful and spacious property. Close by to several subway stations and many food choices nearby. I stayed with my family for 2 weeks so the kitchen, washer and drying facilities made our stay that much more comfortable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the comforts of home while in Tokyo.

I liked the apartment feel of the room. The room had kitchen and laundry which are great to have for a traveling family. What I did not like was some of the sheets were not clean, but since we had the laundry machine in the room, we were able to clean them ourselves.

Definitely not a 4 star property. It may have been at some point, but this place has lost its lustre. We previously stated at Monday Asakusa and it was pristine. We had the same expectation for this one but it was a complete miss. Apparently all Mondays are not the same. Overall, it wasn’t very clean. When we turned on the bathroom vent, a very bad smell engulfed the room. On our last day, I went to remove the sheets from my son’s sofa bed and noticed blood stains on the duvet. Apparently, they just put a duvet cover over it, quite disgusting. Also, it’s a good 15 minute walk from any train station so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with kids.

A little tight for our family of 6, we had kids so it was ok, but probably too close quarters for unrelated people. Everything we needed for a short stay was included. The washing machine with dryer was great to have. About 12 min walk to any of the nearby stations.

It was ok. I dont believe i would go again. Rooms are huge compared to other properties so that was a plus. It was a 10 minute walk to the station but that can be far for elder folks. Hot water was not hot enough. And cleaning is not everyday. We did get clean towels everyday which was nice.

Good service apartment family hotel
This is a very practical place to stay for a family with a small kitchen, bathroom and washing machine. There are options for 5-7 beds and the dining table sits 6. About the only disadvantage is that you have a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest JR Stations (Hamamatsucho and Tamachi.

It was in an amazing location, and the room was perfect. It would be an easy 5 stars if the staff were more available. For the week we were there, we saw someone at the front desk three times in total. It was not a big issue for us, but I could see how this could be a bigger deal for some travelers.

Excellent Value for Family of 4
This was a great place for our family of four adults. (Technically can sleep 5, and two of the twin beds have a door to close off to the rest of the apartment, which was so nice.) We noticed it was bigger than many of the hotel rooms we were seeing for Tokyo on Hotels.com, and we were happy that we could spread out a bit. We loved that the toilet was in a separate room from the sinks and shower, too. The washer/dryer in the room was a huge draw and came in handy for a long trip. The room had a table and kitchenette as well. Was about equal distance from 2-3 subway stations, maybe a 10-12 minute walk to each of them. We had never been to Tokyo before and didn't know which area of the city to stay in, but this worked out fine, and we used all the different stations within walking distance for our various outings! Felt like a very safe neighborhood and the hotel itself was secure and quiet. We liked that we could walk to 7-11 nearby and get breakfast items (they have better food than the ones in the US!). We would definitely stay here again. I believe we got a really good rate using this site as well, which made it a very economical choice. We stayed here for 6 nights, traveled to another city for 2 nights, then stayed here for our final night as well.
