This was a three star stay. The place was clean and modern, with a beautiful spa. The hotel room was tiny, with barely any room to walk around with the two queen beds. There was no fridge (you have to ask for a tiny mini fridge that won’t fit food/lefovers and they charge you for it) and I would have liked a hot tub, especially in the off season. There was no included breakfast, which was quite the let down since you can get a breakfast buffet at a cheaper hotel. The vending machine was filled with off brand random items. There is a restaurant in the building which is beautiful but pricey.
Parking is street parking, just pay attention to the signs for street cleaning. There is a lot down the street but it’s crazy pricey (one night was $70). Make sure you get your parking ticket at the desk before parking in the lot so you don’t pay that.)
The ferry is a five minute walk, and there is beach and playgrounds close by. The ferry will take you right to the Wall Street pier. The roof of the hotel (6th floor) is a bar and it’s fairly busy. We couldn’t heart it on the third floor which was nice.
Overall our stay was comfortable. Probably won’t stay again, but it was nice while we did.
