This was our second time staying at the Trafalgar St James and everything about this hotel is fabulous! Great vibes and great location. The amenities, rooms, and Rockwell restaurant and bar are all exceptional. The service and staff are also excellent. Will definitely stay here again!

We arrived early and were able to gain access to our rooms which was great. The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful. The only disappointment was that I had phoned in the week to book a table at the rooftop terrace only to find that when we went to go for our meal we were informed that the rooftop restaurant was closed for the year due to refurbishment. The other restaurant did not cater for our group so we had to eat elsewhere.

The hotel is incredibly convenient as I like to visit the national Gallery across the street when I visit. The staff sets the hotel apart from others. This is my second time staying at the hotel and I’ve already booked a third stay a little later this year. I absolutely love the breakfast each morning. Today, one of the hosts in the restaurant remembered my favorite drink. That brightened my day.
