Clean room, perfect location, close to metro, restaurants and shops. However, the staff could be more friendly. We arrived at the property at 21:30 and we were asked to pay for a late check in fee (which we knew), but the person that welcomed us asked us for a 20EUR fee, while in the confirmation email the late check in fee was 10 EUR. Also, right after showing us the room, the property employee asked us to pay for the tourism tax (which is payable at the checkout), even if we had just got in the room and we were tired. Also, on the checkout day, we stayed in the yard for a couple of minutes to put something in our luggage and the same employee came to us saying on an imperative tone that we are not allowed to stay there. Great stay, overall, however, the personnel treated us as if we were irresponsible people, focusing on what we are not allowed to do, instead of showing hospitality and make us feel welcomed.
