In particular the stay was made memorable by outstanding effort from the staff to make us feel welcome and even showed this through complimentary breakfast and club lounge access. In the club lounge Corina and Roxanna were extremely attentive and friendly, delivering great service throughout.

The staff were very welcoming. My room was upgraded from a single to a double which was so lovely. The room was big, clean and the bed was comfy. Slept great. I'm still waiting for my £50 refundable deposit to go back on my card.

Staff were efficient in main hotel. Not sure this hotel should be described as 5 star. Room was small but adequate for 1 night. Fire alarm went off twice in the night - 12am and 3am!!! No proper answer on why. Breakfast service very slow. No residents lounge or bar in hotel itself which is a shame. Reception directed us to pub bar joined to hotel. That bar is also open to public and was packed with hardly any seating in bar area.
