One of my worst hostel experience
I had one of my worst hostel experiences living in this place for 4 days this month.
Rome experience hostel differs significantly from the pictures that are on the site, the most used mixed rooms that are very dirty and with only a very small fan for summer are not in the page.
The room I slept on the 1st floor, was a very small space for 4 double beds, difficult to walk between beds sometimes, only a small fan, windows open all night having as a consequence very difficult sleep because of the car's lights reflected on ceilng and high beds and the very loud noise of the cars down the street.
The outside bathrooms were quite dirty but in acceptable condition, but except from one their doors don't lock or they have some problem with the telephone shower.
The worst thing about the hostel is definitely his rude personnel. You gonna hear small ironies about other guests, when they are not there, if for example they make more than the usual time to find the way that the door unlocks or make a simple mistake in something,some they don't even answer questions if you don't repeat it some times.
During my stay it came that I had a problem, because I lost my credit card and i had to be more strict with expanses. On this night while paying i told the owner about this situation asking for advice only to hear afterwards silly jokes about my situation.The next day i was asked to leave because my bed was given to some guest before I had time to check in.
