Really, what are those small details that make a hotel perfect?
For a six days stay, at least one change of sheets is expected. Normally, two... The same applies for bath towels... They were NEVER changed... Also, except the initial very small bottles of bath foam and shampoo, there was nothing more provided... The same applies for the tea bags... When the customer asks for a second capuccino at breakfast, it is polite to be offered and be notified that the policy of the hotel is to provide only one... A rude NO is not an acceptable answer... When customers have breakfast, it is not polite for the waitress to clean the dishes and make so much noise pollution... The customers have just woken up..... Additionally the waitress must wait for the customers to leave the table and THEN clean up. Not keep asking the customers if they have finished all the time, being annoying. Obviously she was in a great hurry every day... It is the small details that make a hotel perfect...Speaking about anything else is becoming meaningless once the game has been lost in the details...
