I stayed there for 2 nights on a business trip. The lady at the check-in was very polite and pleasant although did not speak English and the check-in procedure took quite a while to complete. Found the place to be decent and close to main attractions of Rome, which is a good thing. There was a balcony with a view at a rear open space between the building blocks. The room was nice and clean too.
I booked the city loft to have more space compared to other room options, but when I arrived in the facility, I was suprized to find out that the kitchen and the living room were actually shared areas between 2 rooms-that was NOT clear in the description of the room on the website. The room was noisy because is right above the main entrance of the block and you can hear and feel (vibrations) the loud main door whenever someone comes or leaves the building. Also, the balcony door blind was installed from the outside (not the inside)! It was not properly fixed so was moving along with the wind exposing the inside of the room to public view at any time. I informed the hosts to fix it but never received an answer.
In the 1st night could not sleep until 01:30 because loud noises and knocks were coming from the flat above (that flat appeared to be under a different management, not DadaSuites) I informed the hosts about it and asked for help but did not get a response.
In summary, based on the above experience, it was a decent place but only for a very short stay.
